We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pharmacist to provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients in our outpatient department. The role involves dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper usage, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Care Program
2. Registered Pharmacist
3. Direct experience as Pharmacist in hospital (New grads also welcome)
4. Proficiency in English (TOEIC > 600)
5. Computer literacy
