Key Responsibilities:
• Nutritional Assessment Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients’ nutritional status using clinical data, dietary history, and laboratory results.
• Diet Planning and Management Develop individualized meal plans tailored to medical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and post-surgical recovery.
• Patient Education and Counseling Provide guidance to patients and families on healthy eating habits, food preparation, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Clinical Collaboration Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to integrate nutrition into comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitoring and Follow-Up Track patient progress, adjust dietary plans as needed, and ensure compliance with nutritional recommendations.

Qualifications:
