Key Responsibilities:
• Semen Analysis and Preparation Perform detailed assessments of sperm quality and prepare samples for procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Oocyte Handling and Fertilization Manage the retrieval, evaluation, and fertilization of oocytes using conventional IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) techniques.
• Embryo Culture and Monitoring Cultivate embryos in controlled environments and monitor their development to select the most viable for transfer or cryopreservation.
• Cryopreservation Conduct freezing and thawing of gametes and embryos using vitrification techniques, ensuring optimal survival rates.
