Key Responsibilities:
• Specimen Collection and Processing Collect and prepare blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluid samples for analysis using standardized procedures.
• Laboratory Testing Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular biology.
• Quality Control and Assurance Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and procedures to ensure test accuracy and reliability in accordance with JCI and ISO standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze test results, validate findings, and report data to physicians in a timely and accurate manner.
• Infection Control and Safety Adhere to biosafety protocols and infection prevention measures to protect patients, staff, and the environment.
• Collaboration and Communication Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Continuous Learning Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in laboratory medicine and diagnostic technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
• Valid professional license as a Medical Technologist (Thailand)
• Experience in hospital or clinical laboratory settings preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and automated analyzers
